It was another exercise for the participants to figure out how to leverage their strengths and apply skills that they are passionate about using.
Up close and personal, Mark Plummer, Brian Pierini, Scott Paulson, Jane Peterson, and Pat Tung see how the cards stack up in terms of their interests and abilities. As the managers of their own careers, knowing what they enjoy doing and how well they do what they enjoy is a key step in forging their career paths.
